Stay Kost Terms & Conditions

1. Use of Service

Users must provide accurate, valid, and up-to-date personal details and identity documents (ID card / marriage certificate) when registering an account or applying to rent a room.

2. Tenant Rights and Obligations

• Tenants must follow the house rules established by each kost owner.
• Tenants may not use the room for unlawful activities or sublet the room without the owner's permission.
• Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and room facilities throughout their stay.

3. Kost Owner Rights and Obligations

• Owners must provide accurate photos, pricing, facilities, and room availability that reflect actual conditions.
• Owners must provide a move-in ready room on the start date once the tenant's invoice is paid.

4. Payments, Escrow, and Refunds

All rent payments are processed through official Stay Kost channels (Virtual Account and QRIS). Funds are held in escrow and released to the owner's wallet once the tenant checks in. Refund requests can only be submitted before check-in.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stay Kost acts as a transaction and rental management platform. Any disputes are mediated based on transaction records stored on the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

Stay Kost may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
